Cork Cine Club is non-profit and run entirely by volunteers. Our mission is to give local audiences the chance to see a range of world cinema not usually available on commercial cinema screens. Since its founding in 2010, the Cine Club has offered almost 200 of the best in independent films to Cork cinephiles.
We show our films in St. John’s College on Sawmill Street, Cork City on Thursday nights at 8pm.
Tell your friends and bring one or two along each week – we won’t exist without your support.
Be sure to sign up for our e-newsletter (see the link on the bottom of this page). We send it on the Sunday morning before each Thursday film – only what you need to know, when you need to know it.
Follow us on Facebook and on our new Instagram account for reviews, background stories, and lots of information about our films.
Cork Cine Club is supported by Access Cinema, a resource organisation for regional cultural cinema, and by The Arts Council of Ireland.
The committee: Gerry Barnes, Ann FitzGerald, Jamie Monagan, Thomas Quigley.
